Former Trojans Return Home to Kick-Off Baseball SeasonMarch 02, 2019Former Seminole State College baseball players, along with community supporters and members of the 2019 Trojan squad, gathered on the SSC campus Saturday evening, Feb. 2 for the annual Trojan Season Kick-Off Banquet. Over 250 guests attended the event. 5th Annual Trick or Treat NightOctober 30, 2018Seminole State College Athletic Teams handing out treats to all the local ghost and goblins during the 5th annual Trick or Treat night on campus Monday, October 29th on the trails around the Seminole State College pond. Trojan Baseball, Softball and Volleyball as well as Belles Basketball all dressed up.

Former Trojan Adam LaRoche was inducted into the Kansas Sports Hall of FameOctober 07, 2018He was MVP at the JUCO World Series when he was playing for Seminole nearly two decades ago. He went on to play 12 years in the Majors - including stints with the Atlanta Braves, Pirates, Red Sox, Diamondbacks, Nationals and White Sox.

2019 Trojan Baseball CampsTrojan Baseball Summer Camps - June 10 - 11, 2019 -- Two Day Fundamental Camp Fundamental Camp- the goal is to teach each camper the basic fundamentals of baseball in a fun and energetic atmosphere led by the Seminole State Coaching staff and former players. Emphasis will be on individual position play, hitting, and game play experience. Baseball Camp Information: Registration forms will be completed before 1 hour before camps begin. SSC alumni Carlos James will be inducted into the SSC Alumni Hall of Fame.James, head baseball coach at Arkansas Pine Bluff University, played outfield for SSC in the 1991 and 1992 seasons, reaching the NJCAA College World Series in both seasons and then went on to play baseball for the University of Arkansas. From 2005 to 2008, James worked for the Seattle Mariners as an Associate Scout. He took the head baseball coach position at Arkansas Pine Bluff University in 2010. He has led the team to numerous western division titles and has had four players go on to sign Major League Baseball contracts.

Seminole State College got on the board in the first inning. Brayden Rodden drove in two when he doubled. Seminole State College put up five runs in the sixth inning. The offensive onslaught by Seminole State College was led by Josh Lewis, Rodden, and Marc Lebreux, who all drove in runs.
