Congratulations to the SSC Trojan Soccer Team, Coach Dan Hill and Coach Araceli Flores on a successful regular season with an overall record of 16 wins, 2 losses and 1 tie. The team ended their regular season play Monday with a win at Oklahoma Wesleyan (3-0). Trojans enter the Region II Tournament as the #1 seed and will face Redlands Community College on Saturday at noon in first round play at Red Robertson Field; Miami, Oklahoma (NEO Campus). The Trojans had two players named “Player of the Week” by NJCAA Region II this season. Freshman Lauren Ramon from Rowlett, TX, received the honor the week of September 10-16, 2018 while freshman Giselle Longoria from McKinney, TX received the honor twice for the week of October 1-7 and October 15-21.
