Congratulations to the Seminole State College Belles Basketball team with an overall conference record of 9 wins and 7 losses on the year.   The team ended their season Friday afternoon in a semi-final round loss against Northern Oklahoma College- Enid during the Region II Tournament.  The Belles had two players named "Player of the Week" by NJCAA Region II this season.  Sophomore Summer Jones from Edmond received the honor for the week of February 19th.   Sophomore Kaci Richardson from Oklahoma City received the honor the week of November 1st as well has being named Second Team All-Region 2, listed for Women's OCAC (Oklahoma Collegiate Athletic Conference) All Conference and finally being named to the All-Tournament Team for the Region 2 Tournament.   Freshmen Mykayla Dumas from Tulsa was also named Women's OCAC All Conference.  Congratulations to Coach Rita Story Schell on the completion of her eighteenth season at SSC, Assistant Coach Jordan Williams and team manger Alexandrea Ayers.  Way to go Belles!
